After applying, you next get accepted for an initial phone interview, which is really just to check that you speak clear English and seem to be an okay person. They use the BlueJeans app, which I had not heard of before, but worked okay. Next is a skills test, in finance, it's similar to taking a overall finance/economics final. If you are in investment banking, you use these tools everyday. Everyone else (like me) will run out of time (45 minutes) if you try to use classic formulas to determine correct answers. No cutting and pasting into Excel, so very difficult to finish the 20 questions in time. Good Luck1
