Candidly, TBDC needs to do a better job with their interview process. Lack of effective follow up after a phone screening, especially when its a recruiter reaching out to you, is not appreciated. The current job market is tough enough already, and TBDC needs to improve their processes to ensure candidates are being communicated with post-interview in an appropriate time frame. Please be better and do better.
