I want to say had the best interview process, kept me informed, honest and supportive and even gave me a call to say not selected which not many industries do. The only thing disappointing was the feedback where "we had stronger candidates" surely if got to last stage of 2 interviews could offer me areas to improve or suggestions even though you specifically were not looking for people with experience..
