I applied online and got called by the recruiter a few days later. We scheduled a 15-min phone interview where we went over the basics of the company and talked about my working experience. The recruiter extended me an on-premise interview about a week later. In this second round, I interviewed 1-and-1 with the recruiter. It went like any other interview, but I think it's important to show here that you are social, easy to talk to, and that you are likable. The recruiter will then decide if you are qualified for a third interview with the hiring manager(s). About a week after that, I was called for a third round with two hiring managers. Before being interviewed, you'll shadow two LAE's (first an experienced one and then another one that is starting to build his/her book of business). Then you'll meet for the interview. The interview is harder than the first two (obviously), and they'll ask you questions to see if you're a right fit for the company. It is important to talk about what you learned shadowing the two LAE's, and that you are a hard worker and don't get discouraged easily. From what I got, working as a LAE at TQL is very demanding, so they want to be absolutely sure you'll be a good fit and that you are absolutely sure you want to work there. I got the offer the following Monday, but I ended up rejecting it for an opportunity at a tech company that was paying me much more. My piece of advice: you'll know after the second round of interviews if you want to work there or not. Everyone there is nice and they do care about people's growth, but make sure to be absolutely sure you want to work there.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.
