Mostly behavioral questions, it was only 3 questions. I got the interview at the Society of Women Engineers conference. It starated at their booth in the career fair, and I gave them my elevator pitch and explained my interests and resume. Then they scheduled me for an interview in their interview booths in a separate hall.

Describe a time you had an innovative solution to a problem.
Smooth, easy to follow, very well managed and communicated throughout. 3 rounds: Personal interview, group discussion, final interview with executives. Strong emphasis on values rather than technical. Technical questions limited to master’s research but in-depth.
