First step was to do three tests a more generic around qa principles, one on c#/.net and then for appium. In the second phase I got invited to a discussion with qa lead and another sdet where we talked generally about motivation, why I want to move and handling of situations. The thing is that over a month passed and even though they had mentioned about a feedback (good or bad), that feedback never received, felt a but scammed even though I tried to communicate with them.
