- We did first a call online aksing me why i want to work there and asking me about my experiences -Then i got invited there to and we did a second interview where they asked me again the question about my background, presented the company and asked me some question like "If your firends have to describe you accademically how would they do it?" It was so nice because i felt they were genuinely intrested in me rather than just see if i match the checkboxes
