There wasn't much to the interview. The CEO does everything as far as any HR including interviews and the hiring process. If you are a weak minded individual who can easily be controlled, manipulated, gullible, and does not stand up for yourself. If the CEO can see this during the interview process your most likely to be hired. There always seems to be a female hired over a male, since the CEO is male he sees himself inferior over females and therefor easier to control.
