I approached through naukri and got the interview scheduled. I appeared to the place at the scheduled time. The office was looking like a goverment office with no air condition and lacked in clealiness. The branch manager came and he was the interviewer. I didn't feel like it was an interview. He was friendly and it was more like a discussion and he was frank about the position. I had an experience of 9 months. So it went kind of a discussion. I dont have any idea for freshers. Then in some time I was called by a HR and he announced that I had been offered the position and we discussed about the salary and made some negotitations and after everything finally got the offer.

there were three rounds after the registration process. 1) telephonic round:--in this round you would be asked about your current status(fresher or something like that)and whether you are interested in joining the company along with other easy questions.... 2)managerial round:--in this round you would be interviewed by manager and some basic questions regarding your job position.merely to judge your interest and knowledge. 3)hr round:--last round would be conversation with the hr of the company.here anything can be asked from you.no particular suggestions. all the best
