First interview is with two mates. Pretty casual and easy going. Just an opportunity for you to sell yourself. A few scenario questions ie; “How did you deal with a stressful situation at a past Job?” or “Who has been one of your favorite managers and why?”. Then move in to second interview with the GM of the store. Again pretty casual, talked about availability and what they need. Pretty easy peasy, just be yourself and remember to breath!

Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.
