The manager called to schedule an interview. Interview was straightforward. It asked you about yourself, your experience in retail, and your availability. I was also told during this interview that training will last about weeks and that they were generally looking for long term employment.

First I submitted an online application then had an interview with a staff member at the store location. The interview was very informal, upstairs in their staff break room area.
