First stage: Phone interview to verify some things and actually make sure you're not a total nutter and to ask some very basic questions: how you found them, your self-summary, a resume question or two. Second Stage: In-office interview with the person directly responsible for your position, ie the person you'll be working directly for. I wound up interviewing for several positions when I came in. Third Stage: Interview with Managing Director. I was asked to submit a writing sample following this. Final: Phone call with (or without) an offer.
