After completing the online application, I had a couple of telephone interviews. After this process, I was brought in for multiple days of interviews. The reason for the multiple days of interviews was the need to talk with different members of the team including the CEO. This organization has a few openings that were a match for my skills, and they were able to match me with best job where I could be successful and fill a need for them.
