Applied online and was contacted for an interview 2 weeks later. In total, I went through 3 rounds with a direct manager, department manager as well as a senior director. They asked a variety of typical behavioral and technical questions regarding my background and the experience was pleasant overall. All parties involved was professional and very transparent about the job and was eager to share the company's values and vision. A few days after the final round, I suddenly received notification from HR that the position was no longer available due to changes in the department's staffing needs. I'm not sure if I was just not the candidate they're looking for but I was definitely surprised by the reason for the rejection but all in all, I enjoyed learning about the company.
