Short phone screening, very standard. This was followed by a virtual interview with two managers, again very typical and fairly easy process. Final round was an onsite interview consisting of 3 30 minute interviews with 6 different people. Everyone was very agreeable, friendly and relaxed. Overall the interview process was fine. However, the next steps came off as unprofessional. I followed up with the recruiter several times over the course of 6 weeks to see what the final decision was, each time being told that they were speaking internally and coming to a decision and they promised they would get back to me before the end of the week. They made this promise 3 times and I never heard back from them. Until my 5th or 6th follow up at which point they sent me a generic rejection email with no explanation from a recruiter I had never spoken to before.
