The initial interview was quick and was focused on explaining what the company specialized in and the different kinds of positions they offer. I came for the first part of the interview and the manager was very kind and personable. I am more than qualified for the job so I was very excited to be invited to the second round interview. The only problem was that my car shut down the day of the second interview. I was very disappointed so I called them to reschedule. When I called, the person who set up the interview ( I will not use her name) accused me of rescheduling my interview for a second time and said they would not be willing to move forward with the hiring process. Not only was she incorrect, but she was also very rude and combative. After she was done talking over me and accusing me of something I didn't do, she asked me if I wanted to reschedule the interview. I was completely turned off so I declined.

3 Round interview process. First, an initial 20 minute interview. Second, shadowing a current employee. Third round is if the hiring manager wants to offer you the position. The whole process takes up to 2-3 days
