First I had a phone interview, then I recieved an in-person panel interview with 3 supervisors, the Out-patient supervisor, the clerical supervisor, and the head phlebotomy supervisor. They all took turns asking various question and giving me a chance to answer. After the interview, I had a drug screen immediately, and TB testing (PPD skin test). I recieved an offer right away, but the background check took quite a while. The longest portion of the process was waiting for the backgroung check to clear. There was no reason for it to have taken so long, as I have no criminal history, no traffic violations, etc.

Very professional. I received a tour of the hospital, work spaces, and I met some of the staff. I had several options for employment opportunities. I feel Tricore would be a great fit for me.
