Submitted resume online. Got a call about a week later, I think partly because I knew someone who worked there and who recommended me. Interviewed with a group of 4 people who took turns grilling me with behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when blah blah blah"). About 18 days later I was called in for a second interview. They were ready to offer me the job, because she had the offer letter printed up, but I guess she just wanted to torture me some more. I signed the offer letter there (they give you 5 days to decide), and she took me to HR to get the background check and drug test set up. Urine drug test and general background check took about 10 days to complete. So, about a month total from first interview to being asked to start the "onboarding process."
