      Entrevista

      The interview process at Trility is efficient, respectful of your time, and thoughtfully structured to assess technical ability and cultural fit. It begins with a 30-minute screening video call conducted by a Talent Acquisition team member. This initial conversation focuses primarily on soft skills, communication, and your professional background. While there is a light discussion of your technical stack, the main goal is understanding how your experience aligns with the position’s core qualifications. If you move forward, you will be invited to a 1-hour technical interview with at least two Principal Engineers. This part is thorough; everything listed on your resume is fair game. You will be asked to discuss real-world problems you have solved, your approach to engineering challenges, and specific technologies you have worked with. The questions are detailed but conversational, and if your resume truly reflects your experience, this part will feel like a natural and engaging discussion with peers who genuinely care about your perspective. The final stage is a 1-hour video call with the CIO. This was a standout part of the process, offering a blend of personal connection, technical conversation, and a values-based discussion about cultural fit and leadership at Trility. Overall, the process is professional, well-paced, and leaves you feeling seen and valued, not just as a candidate but as a potential future teammate.
