It took 3 weeks since application, and conduct an online interview with line manager, with basicially asking if my skills can contribute to the position and the team. And some job background introduction. But ghosted me after that, every I send follow up emails for an update. And also be prepare that you may not even have an chance to be interviewed if number of applications are too many.
