Over the last 3 1/2 years since you interviewed in February 2013, we've made lots of improvements to our recruiting and interview process. Ensuring prompt follow up and feedback is something that we work hard to do with every candidate, and our recruiters make this a priority. It's unfortunate that your experience in 2013 was negative, but I know that we run a much more robust process today. Thanks for your feedback.
