We discussed my background and interests. Although he did have some useful questions, several were geared toward someone who had worked at TripAdvisor already, or a direct competitor. If I worked for a direct competitor, I certainly wouldn't want to switch over to TripAdvisor... I found that overall, the interviewer came off as creepy and egotistical, like he was on a power trip.
