I could choose to make the interview in english or german. They asked me to talk a little bit about myself, my motivation to work there, if I had any previous experience in sales. Then they asked how would I convince a customer to buy, what I thought the challenges of sales were and how I would overcome them. They asked my availability and explained the work shift planning. Workers receive the shift plan with 4 weeks advance. There's also sales training and sales targets to be met. The return of the interview was fast.
