The job was posted on the information board. I Applied. During the interview, I was asked did I know how to use tools such as; calipers, micrometers, height gauges and did I know how to read a blue print. My answer was no to all except the micrometers. I was then asked would I be willing to learn and I said yes. Of course there was a pay increase involved as well. So it was a win win for me.
