Relatively straight forward - just met a few partners, the talent team, other senior leadership. Really more cultural fit as culture is extremely important to True and what one is looking for to build out in a career at True.

Entrevista
It was extensive and included people from different roles and levels. There was a consistent focus on professional values with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Culture was clearly the most important element in their assessment.
