The project was explained in detail, as well as the onsite training unit. The hiring manager was welcoming and there was a natural rally of questions, from both parties, regarding the position. The Department head was present at the interview, and shared project deliverables. The entire process and projected start date was explained, with enough time given to make arrangements.
