Applied on LinkedIn. I received an email to schedule an interview time with recruiter. 15 minutes before my phone interview I got an email asking me for my WhatsApp number. In a previous email it said it would be a Zoom call. I had to install the WhatsApp. The recruiter didn't know anything about the position or team. At the end of the call she said she was putting me to the next level to speak with a manager. Then I got a email a week later stating they reviewed my application and were going with other candidate. No mention that I had an interview already. Very strange process.

Entrevista
Interviewed with HR recruiter after being referred by an employee at Turnitin. All went well and I was set up for an interview next with the hiring manager. I did learn during that interview that I was one of 3500 applicants for the position. I felt the interview with the hiring manager went really well, and I was told he would be interviewing for at least the next 10 days. I sent a prompt thank you note, and waited 2 weeks before following up with HR to see where I stood. I never received any kind of response whatsoever. If I wasn't selected, it would be common courtesy to have let me know and I would have been fine with their decision, but ghosting someone who has taken the time to prepare and express interest is unacceptable. I did however, receive a survey about my experience, which is interesting that they expected me to take more time to give them feedback.
Filled in an application form and sent in my resume. You automatically receive an e-mail that they will get back to you as soon as possible. It’s been over a 30 days, never heard back from them. The position is still online though.
