After submitting my CV, I was contacted within three days to schedule an online interview. The interview panel included the Director and an HR Executive. The HR Executive began by asking about my background, interests, and a challenge I have faced and how I overcame it. Then, the Director explained the responsibilities and day-to-day tasks of the role and asked several questions about my past experiences and challenges I have handled. The overall interview lasted around 30 minutes. At the end, the HR Executive mentioned that they would share an update once interviews with other candidates were completed. (I haven’t received any update since then, so I assume I was not selected for the position)
