Couldn't even get to the interview because of poorly automated engagement process. Recruiter reached out, we seem to be a match, I pass on resume and ask her to call if she thinks we need to move forward. That is when things got weird. She (the recruiter) couldn't submit me for the job and I had to apply online. Then she asked my availability for a window that was very odd for my time zone, but I agree. When I gave availability within her window, she sends me a link to sign up for a 30 minute HR call with her after a specific time (this was hours later). The sign up link didn't show her requested odd windows as an option in the app. Back and forth about "what you are asking me isn't open" (over text) was met with confusion and response of multiple candidates must be scheduling at once. She just couldn't grasp the time zone difference and just dropped contact as I tried to work through it with her. When I didn't hear from her the next morning, I sent an e-mail asking she withdraw my name for consideration.
