      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa U.S. Bank.

      Entrevista

      Was told it would be two interviews. However, I thought that was unusual since LinkedIn showed less than 3 and the job posting closed around 5 days after. I know there are other sites besides LinkedIn but they have like a 30 percent market share. After the 1st interview I was told I was not selected for the 2nd interview. However, I think there was already a preferred candidate and there was not going to be a 2nd interview for the following reasons: 1. Job posting closed after 5 days. 2. There was really only one technical question and the answer was on the resume. 3. When I emailed the recruiter after the response looked like something that was copied and pasted from someone due to the word "should." Overall I think I was overqualified and better suited for a 2nd reviewer (this job was the first reviewer which was not in the job description) but it would have been nice to say beforehand I was overqualified and I would be better suited for the reviewer position instead of having an interview.
