I submitted my application and the next day I heard back from them and then I had my interview over the phone two days later. It was a pretty straightforward process. I have experience in the legal field as a court reporter so I believe that made the process quicker. I started training with a program called MAXScribe that they pay for which is GREAT. It's a self-paced training.
