Simple. They asked what experience I had in the field, my academic history, my WPM, and some personality questions. It was super quick and easy without being uncomfortably fast and sketchy.

I met with the recruiter first and then a second-round interview with the department head. Both were lovely people and I had great conversations each time. They did a great job explaining the position and the intensive training process that it would require.
