It was based off the experience leading into a more leadership role but continually supporting the needs of the customer with focus on supporting internal reps as well. Interview process was with senior director and manager of team hiring. I liked that better instead of a bunch of small interviews over the course of weeks. It was rather quick and easy to feel like it would be a good fit or not.
