The interview process felt quite disorganised and unprofessional. The interview date was rescheduled more than once, and when it finally went ahead, the interviewers were around 15 minutes late. Because of this, the interview felt rushed and I did not feel I had a fair chance to relax or properly present myself. I was also under the impression that the interview would be with the hiring manager, but it ended up being with two members of management within the team instead, which felt slightly confusing and off-putting. When I later received the email saying I had not been offered the role, I honestly felt I would have declined anyway based on the interview experience. Overall, the process did not give me the best impression of the company or team.
