The interview process was very organized, structured, and the interviewers were nice. They asked only the questions directly related to the position. I received feedback in the promised time. Although the whole process is very formal and lengthy (considering the nature of the organization), the people involved are very professional.

Very harsh interviews, very demanding on your background. We basically discussed about the situation in South Africa and Namibia, as I mentioned in my CV that I have been working as volunteers there. UNICEF has a few projects there and they challenged my understanding about local political practices.
