I applied through the portal and about 6 weeks later was contacted for an initial interview. I followed up after the interview but I received zero response. I understand UNICEF has a large pool of candidates and they state that they don't respond to every applicant. However, I think if they have interviewed someone, they should provide a definitive response.

I had to prepare a case study, share it with a panel, and then they asked me some competency-based questions. The one that sticks out is "give an example of when you have failed and how did you deal with failure."
