It was a 20-minute interview with another candidate and you answer the same question. The interviewer picks who answers first. There were probably around 5 questions in total lang given the short time frame.

It was okay but especially for the first round of interviews, they do it by pairs so you might be paired with someone who has more credentials than you, which can make it harder to impress the HR representative

Good vibes, two candidates go into the same interviewing room at once but interviews are conducted separately. Questions are focused around leadership, on-the-spot problem-solving, but most importantly managing people. And also some about lifestyle/working location.
