There was a first interview in December that I didn't think went well. I was brought back in for a 2nd interview with a higher manager. That manager thought I'd be the perfect fit (or so he said) and assured me I'd be contacted again. I was never contacted for either position. I understand there may have been more qualified individuals, but if you're bringing people in for a second interview, you can at least provide a rejection letter.

Simple questions about my history and relevance for the position. Pretty smooth process. HR was communcative throughout the process. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. Then I was offered the position.

Entrevista
It was a 4 step interview. The interviews conducted online zoom , The interviews were straight forward and various members of the leadership team attended to ask typical interview style questions. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Very thorough interview process. The people I spoke with made me feel comfortable. I met with different levels of people within the department but wasn't asked to come back for a second interview.
