Afterward, the supervisor will call for an interview if your resume appeals to them. After your interview, if selected, HR will call with a salary offer. Then you will have to undergo a health screening which can take a week or more depending on scheduling, and a background check. Then you will complete orientation and begin work. However, a lot of the time, anything other than entry level positions are posted with the intentions of filling them internally so you may not hear anything back at all.
