I applied through a direct contact with the hiring manager on January 1st 2015. I was contacted on January 21 to apply through their system which was terrible... barely works. After some email exchanges we agreed to have an interview with hiring managers. I was contacted again on Feb 2nd and had 4 interviews from until February 24th. Interview 1 on Skype with my future supervisor and another manager Interview 2 on Skype with the head of the department Interview 3 on the phone with a data scientist expert to assess my technical level Interview 4 on Skype with the CAO Then things slowed down and I didn't get an offer letter till the beginning of May... HR was not answering my mails, it felt like I got the offer but I wasn't sure and they were not able to clarify anything. It was a very painful process after the last interview... I was very close to not accept the job only because of that.
