First meeting was with the manager and the second was a “peer interview” but only with two team leads and no actual peers. I got my offer via email which was not what I was expecting

Entrevista
easy, behavioral questions that is related to being a nurse or a care taker. "Tell me about.." for the most part. Fairly easy and the interviewers are usually the unit directors, no peer interview was needed.

Friendly! The interviewers strive to make the experience comfortable while obtaining relevant information and explaining the job requirements. They want to make sure the company is a good fit for you and that you are a good fit for the area you will work in.

It was a standard interview with all the expected questions as well as a few fun curveballs that were not taken too seriously. I was given the option to shadow and tour the unit afterward.
