Straight forward on the general information given. You will work long hard hours. Sometimes seven days a week. You won't be able to go to school, or have much time for family. You will be attacked by dogs. They let you know up front what you are signing up for. The vibe seems like the army. It seems to be the weeding out process.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
