The process is basically like everyone else mentioned. I apply on line and was went an email to take the personal assessment . After, I was went an email to make an appointment to take the proctored 473 exam and i got a email stating that i pass before i made it home. I can say the interview was also the same as already mentioned (room full of people).

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
