Group of individuals taken into a room and suggested if offered the job to stay. A lot of emphasis on staying with the company make a career. Since this is a company you have to work your way up it a lot of suggestions on leaving the interview if your not committed to being on call basically.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
