Went in and did an interview.....was recommended for the position....then went into the "offer phase"....HR called me and asked why did I go AWOL.....I explained the situation.....the next day I checked my status and I went from offer phase to not selected even after explaining what went on

There was no interview. I took a personality test online and was offered a position. My was scheduled for the following month and I've been working every since. After two years I'll automatically be promoted to a career position.
