Disorganized, no one knew anything, how much we were getting paid, when we were. They took my picture for an ID 3 times. Tried to squeeze almost 100 ppl in one from for orientation. Some of HR definitely acted like we just don't matter and wanted to just get enough done to get us working. I started November 16 and should have got paid for that one day. Then a new pay period starts. They said they would just put it on the following check. Found out the day before pay day that we still weren't in the system so no paycheck. Ok, as long as I'm in by the next one. Right?! And they gave me a pay advance of 65% of my paycheck that I have to pay back when I get my full paycheck. Another pay day has come and gone. Still no paycheck and I'm not in the system. My tour ends in 18 days, one guys tour ended and they said they would mail him his check. He hasn't got it, and how do we know the hours are right? This was at DULLES Warehouse Facility. But there is one supervisor that cares and is an honorable guy. Roosevelt, he is on key and he does his job. Bring him a problem and he will at least inquire about it instead of giving you false information and denying it later....like one manager there. Overall ZERO stars. They want you to work as much as you can 6 days a week...now I don't have enough to pay my bills or for Christmas. Work for free, I'm going to contact the department of labor.

It wasn’t too intimidating. Background checks were conducted. Finger printing. A lot of formalities. This was prior to the holiday parcel rush so it was pretty quick easy and efficient. I don’t remember the interview process being too hard either.

This is annoying why must it be 30 words ridiculous! Blah blah blah blah blah
The interview process was over an hour. They give you a specific time and date to attend. Once you get to the location, you would have to stand in a lobby til HR gets you. You and a group of others will go to a room where the interview will take place
