I interviewed with a 3-person panel over teams. My experience was pleasant, conversational and relaxing environment. I enjoyed speaking with the panel regarding my education and experience. I didn't feel nervous and the questions I was asked, were directly related to the position and my experience.

IT TAKES ABOUT 2- 3 MONTHS TOTAL. I applied and then received a phone call about 2-3 months later. First, I had an interview over the phone. About a week or two, I went in for an 1:1 with the department executives. Then about 2-3 weeks later I received an offer.
