Phone screen followed by an in person STAR format interview. Questions similar to “tell us about a time when you had to solve conflict with a coworker” about 15 questions total. Process took about a month.

Phone screen followed by interview with hiring manger 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later asked for references, which forces you the applicant to send a ridiculous 30 question survey to your references. You will be expected to harass your references to fill it out.
