I applied for the position online. Within a few days I received a phone call inviting me to participate in a phone interview. I was emailed three assessments to fill out prior to my interview. One was a sales examination, one was a personality test, and one was a writing supplement. My phone interview lasted about 35 minutes and I was asked the generic questions. The HR Rep was very excited about the constant growth at Uline and seemed to love his job. I then heard back within a week and a half.
