I applied online via the company career page. I received an automatic email with a request to schedule an initial virtual interview. I joined the call on time and the recruiter was late. The recruiter asked me on current experience as a Scrum Master, the daily assignments. She was interested in the reason why I was seeking a new opportunity and what are my goals. At the end of the meeting, I asked about about the company culture, the projects that I take part of and about the next steps in the interview process. I was told that my resume will be passed along to the hiring manager and I shall be contacted within a few days. I never received a single response after the initial interview. I sent a follow-up email with a thank you note and did not get a reply back.
